Become a Vendor
Certified Vendors for CMS must pass the following requirements:
- Proof of Corporation status with a Tax ID number
- Background checks on all employees of company
- Uniform Compliance or CMS will provide you one
- Full personal property insurance coverage
- Approved check list of all Equipment Standards
- Working cell phone that includes text messaging
- And must pass our CMS’s quality training and procedure certification
Once you have completed and passed our certification process; you will be given a CMS ID tag, and a username and password to access our online vendor management tools. The added benefits of being a certified vendor includes:
- Preferential order reception
- Online order tools
- Access to QuickPay program
